Which countries do you ship to?

Currently shipping to most countries. Please check the list of available shipping destinations at checkout. If your country is not on the list, please contact me.

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout when you enter your shipping details.

There is free shipping on all orders over $90 AUD. Use code FREESHIPPING at checkout. All orders eligible for free shipping will come with tracking.

All original paintings automatically qualify for tracking at checkout. This is to ensure the original artwork arrives to you safely and in a more timely manner.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are packed and posted out within 1 - 3 business days. All orders are posted from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post.

Domestic orders take anywhere from 3 - 10 business days

International orders with tracking take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks

International orders without tracking can take anywhere from 1 - 2 months

Is there tracking?

There are two postage options:

Regular Post - no tracking

Regular Post with Tracking - yes tracking

All original paintings and orders eligible for free shipping come with tracking.

What happens if my package is lost?

If you purchased tracking and your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time, please contact me and I will follow up on it.

If you did not purchase tracking, unfortunately there is nothing I can do to help locate the package. Please keep in mind that international orders without tracking can take significantly longer to arrive.

Will my package be safe from damage?

Paintings are protected in a plastic sleeve to prevent them from getting wet, then packed in a rigid mailer to prevent the artwork from being bent.

I try to be as eco friendly as possible with packaging so I keep things to a minimum to reduce waste. I’m still looking into the most eco-friendly ways to package my artworks, if you have any suggestions please let me know!

How should I display your original paintings?

To ensure the original gouache and watercolour paintings last for the longest possible time, frame them behind glass and avoid hanging them in direct sunlight. As gouache and watercolour can be reactivated with water, keeping the painting framed behind glass will prevent any accidental liquid spills from damaging the painting. Make sure the painting is not touching the glass as this could lead to condensation which could also damage the painting. You could use a matting between the glass and the painting to prevent them from touching.

Return Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If you are not happy with your order once you receive it, please contact me and I will do my best to provide a resolution.
